How to submit a correction
Send a note to the Editorial desk with the specific claim and the corrective evidence. The Office reviews all submissions. Confirmed corrections are acknowledged within five working days and logged in this docket. Corrections to attribution, dates, statistics, and quoted material are all in scope.
Evidentiary Requirements — Correction Requests
A formal correction request requires verifiable, independently citable evidence. Submissions without adequate evidence will not be progressed. All fields in the correction form are mandatory.

- The corrected version as you assert it should read (minimum 100 characters)
- A primary source — URL and classification (e.g. Hansard, peer-reviewed publication, official statistics)
- A secondary source — from a different author and outlet to the primary
- A screenshot of the specific disputed passage as it appears on this site (required)
- A conflict-of-interest declaration — any personal, political, financial or professional interest must be disclosed
